Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

    • Standard orders for in-stock instruments are processed within 1–2 business days.
    • Custom private label orders or high-volume distributor shipments may require additional lead times as discussed during the quoting process.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

    • We offer reliable shipping via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
    • Expedited Shipping: Overnight and 2-day shipping options are available for urgent clinical needs.

International Shipping:

    • We ship our ergonomic instruments globally. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. Dental Hub International is not responsible for these additional charges.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the clinical nature of our products and strict infection control standards, we adhere to the following return guidelines:

Unopened & Unused Instruments:

    • You may return unopened, unused instruments in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part.

Defective or Damaged Items:

    • We take pride in our craftsmanship. If you receive a defective instrument or an item damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
    • We will provide a pre-paid return label and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

    • Used or Sterilized Instruments: For safety and hygiene reasons, any instrument that has been removed from its original packaging, used, or sterilized cannot be returned.
    • Custom/Private Label Orders: Specially manufactured or engraved instruments are final sale and cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.

3. How to Initiate a Return

    • Packaging: Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
